Affordable RV & Boat Storage Inc (“we,” “us”) operates an outdoor RV and boat storage facility at 1020 Airport Rd, Bldg. B, Lincoln, CA 95648. Information you give us

When you submit a form on this site (storage application, detailing request, pre-departure prep request, or contact form) we collect what you type in. Depending on the form this can include:

• Your name, phone number, email address, and mailing address
• Whether you consent to text messages
• Emergency contact name, phone, email, and address
• Vehicle details such as type, length, year, make, model, color, license plate, VIN or hull ID, and lienholder
• Preferred drop-off date and time, payment preference, stall number, and service instructions
• Anything you write in a message or special-instructions field

We use this information to review your application, reserve a space, schedule services you request, contact you about your request, and prepare your lease. We do not sell your personal information.

Information collected automatically

Our web host records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time of request) for security and troubleshooting. This site does not currently set advertising cookies. If we add analytics such as Google Analytics in the future, this policy will be updated to say so.

Service providers who process form data

Website form submissions are sent through our hosting server to GoHighLevel, which stores the request details and sends an email notification to our office. The website uses its own forms, not embedded third-party forms. CCStorage remains our facility management and customer portal software; submitting a website form does not automatically create a lease. This site also loads fonts from Google Fonts, styling from the Tailwind CSS CDN, and an embedded Google Map on the contact page; those providers may receive your IP address when the page loads.

Customer Portal

Once you become a tenant, invoices, payments, documents, and lease records are managed in the CCStorage Customer Portal at affordablervandboatstorage.ccstorage.com. CCStorage's own privacy policy governs data you enter there, including payment card and bank details, which we never collect through this website.

This site links to our partners Unplug RV (repair, sales, and consignment) and Off Grid RV Co (rentals). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.

How long we keep information

Application and service-request data is kept as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a tenant, for the life of your lease plus the period required by California law and our insurer. You may ask us to delete an application that did not result in a lease.

Your California privacy rights

California residents may ask us what personal information we hold about them, ask us to correct or delete it, and will not be treated differently for exercising those rights. Send requests to the email or phone number above; we will verify your identity before responding.

Children

This site is intended for adults entering into storage leases. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We will post any changes on this page and update the date at the top.
