By using affordablervandboatstorage.com you agree to these terms. The site is provided by Affordable RV & Boat Storage Inc, 1020 Airport Rd, Bldg. B, Lincoln, CA 95648. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Estimates are not a contract
Prices, rates, and the Instant Space Estimator on this site are estimates for planning purposes. Your actual monthly rate, fees, and terms are set only in the written storage lease you sign with us. Rates are based on vehicle length and may change; we prorate at move-in.
Applications and service requests
Submitting an application or service request does not reserve a space or book a service. Staff review every request and contact you within one business day to confirm availability, pricing, and timing. Detailing and pre-departure services require at least 48 hours notice and the acknowledgements shown on each form.
Facility rules
Storage, gate access, insurance, and pest-disclosure terms are covered in your lease and its disclosures, which control over anything on this website.
Partner services
On-site repair, sales, and consignment are provided by Unplug RV, and rentals by Off Grid RV Co. Those services are contracted directly with those companies under their own terms.
Content and trademarks
Text, photos, and the Affordable RV & Boat Storage name and logo on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them without written consent.
No warranty; limitation of liability
The site is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it accurate but do not guarantee it is error-free or always available. To the fullest extent allowed by California law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be heard in the courts of Placer County, California.
